The idea is cool but there was a big gap under the door which brought in ants everywhere including beds. We also found a little tiny lizard in our family’s bus. The property has not been kept up to date so is very tired compared to the photos. We booked to be near the airport but is not as close as we had anticipated and is near all of Singapore’s prisons. Despite that still seemed relatively safe. Overall not worth the value, would have stayed further into the city for a much nicer hotel for the same price.

Rooms were clean and very quiet!

Claire was extra ordinarily supportive with our request. She went extra mile for our staycay. Truly enjoyed our stay. “Property” is refurbished given the fact that we give our buses 2nd life. Other than that, great location and environment.

The staff was courteous, helping me to drop our things early so we could go to Pulau Ubin and communicating well. The kids loved the bus and there was TV where you could sign into Netflix, etc.

Staff is nice at reception. Unlimited supply of bottles mineral water. Room abit dirty, towels look greyish. Room no 105 is next to Changi village hawker centre fence. There’s burning incense papers almost whole day.

Very original concept. We enjoyed our stay. The property needs promotion and signage to orient the taxi drivers how to find the place.

Booked this hotel for the novelty. My 2 teenager kids still enjoyed the experience. The beds are ok but the small and thin pillows are a pain. The king bed only has 2 of these pillows. Bathroom and shower room are very nice but no hand towels and bath floor towels so it can get pretty wet and slippery.

Nice place to stay at Changi Village ⛱️ Beach.

Place is super unique. It felt extremely private, very laid back atmosphere with some amazing food options near by. It feels off the beaten path, but it’s right next to a bus stop so is accessible to everywhere.

Excellent customer service! Staff very helpful! Will revisit.
