Place was amazing and perfect location to the tube! Highly recommend!

Had difficulty getting in to start with as there was 2 keypads. The bed had casters and constantly moved, no headboard so pillows fell behind the bed. For such a tiny room the table was far too big an took up so much space. Personally we didn’t think the room had been cleaned that well. The sofa was as rickety as hell and the covers were in need of a good wash, crumbs underneath the seat cushions, thankfully we didn’t need to sleep on it. With hindsight for what we paid for 5 nights it would have been cheaper and more comfortable to have stayed in a local hotel.

The Courtfield provides a spacious well appointed studio for the same price or cheaper than the cost of a tiny room in a hotel. We have stayed many times in the area and several times in one of the apartments in this complex. The renovations have improved the quality of the accommodation. We find Earls Court area ideal as it provides direct access to both St Pancras and Heathrow. Earls Court is one of the few underground stations with a lift from the train to the street. Very helpful if you are managing luggage. The bed is comfortable. the lighting in the room is excellent. The heating is good and easy to control. There is ample drawer and hanging space. A large Sainsburys is nearby to stock up on groceries or other supplies. There are a number or reasonably priced restaurants a few minutes away. A couple of issues which could easily be addressed would improve things greatly. There is nowhere in the bathroom to hang a towel. We draped a towel over the drawer opening so as to dry our hands after using the toilet. A couple of suction hooks on the wall would make a huge difference. When we arrived there was only one stool in the room and nowhere else to sit. The unit has a full kitchen so would expect to be able to sit somewhere to eat a meal. We contacted Nestor and got a quick response but no further seating was provided. For a couple in our mid seventies an extra chair would have made our stay more comfortable. Despite these minor issues we highly recommend this accommodation

The location was wonderful .. on a quiet street, a quick walk from the Gloucester Road tube station. Our only issue was that the front door lock is LOUD. Being in the room next to said front door meant we heard people coming and going all hours of the night. We also heard the person in the room above us pacing most of the night -- a problem that could be minimized with some throw rugs. I'd highly recommend a higher floor, especially since they have a lift.

フロントのないホテルは初めて何事も聞けなくてとても不安でした。ロンドン30回ぐらい行ってますが、結構慣れてるつもりだけど、やはりホテルスタッフいない事は何かと不便でした 1週間泊まって、サービスの清掃は1回もないと言うのもびっくりしました

This was a perfect place for our stay in London. The amenities were exactly what we needed, and the people of the Nestor were always available to answer questions. The neighbourhood was great with amazing restaurants, shops, Hyde park a few blocks away and the underground right around the corner for all our daily activities! We will happily be back there on our next stay in London. Thank you.

All was great. Loved the location and the studio room.

Sheet and towels should be more clean. Spot here and there. It seems the bed was just redone without really change the sheet. Room very noisy. Not from the street but everything from other rooms can be heard. Location and entrance code idea great

Fabulous stay at The Courtfield - the second time I’ve stayed at these apartments in London. Clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped rooms located in a beautiful Regency London square in central London - near Gloucester Road tube and only 15-20 minutes walk from the V&A, Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park. Highly recommended.

Nice neighborhood fairly close to underground.
