They have valet parking only and it’s $54 per night. And I didn’t find out until I showed up at 11:30 pm to check in.

Great lounge pool and ambience! Very pretty place but the rooms are a bit smaller than I pictured! Still very nice! The shower wasn’t the cleanest but not terrible!! My bathroom sink was clogged but I didn’t complain. The kitchen sink worked great. Pillows are big & fluffy. Natural light is nice, great location. Loved the mirror!!! Was able to get ready in peace lol

Motif was a wonderful option for homestyle living. The quarters were accommodating and very appropriate for short-term living or longer stays. The 3/2 was big enough for everyone to have their own space while cozy enough for quaint gatherings.

Cute style spacious unit, needs soundproofing could hear everything above and beside us. Great location, needs bellmen if u valet u should have bellmen

We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It's modernly furnished. It's a described with all things in working order. Water pressure was good, beds were firm. We did have issues with pests - upon arrival, there were ants in the living room (#406). Seems housekeeping missed cleaning the floors, as a lot of dead ants were by the couch along the corner & wall. The baseboards were very dusty, in addition to the bathroom floors showing hair & dust. But, back to the ants - there were also live ants corraling along that same living room wall. They were under the area carpet. We rarely sat in the living room because of this. I reported the ants in response to the check-in text I received. Maintenance came to the room to retrieve left over personal items that I reported in one of the bedroom nightstands (housekeeping missed that too) & look at the ants. They apologized for the personal items & spoke to one another then left. One of the guys did return, and sprayed some stuff while wiping up dead & live ants. As you know, ants are not eradicated that easily. We finally left and when we returned, they'd left ant traps on our door handle. No instructions. We were to figure it out on our own. 7/18, I complained again, the ants were having a reunion in the living room. No one replied. We figured out how to open the traps, but again, it takes time to eradicate ants. I complained at checkout- she said she'd have the mngr contact me. Five dys later no call no compensation
