We’ve only given the hotel a 3 1/2-star rating because its advertising deceived us. Your advertisement stated the hotel had been open for only 3 years, but in reality, it was an old hotel with only a few updates. The furniture and doors didn't match; there were stains on the lobby carpet; and the first room we were assigned didn't have hot water. It took two attempts of complaining to be moved to another room. Our thanks go out to the front desk manager who finally got things moving. Our best part of the stay was the warm, friendly staff at the front desk and the morning breakfast staff. The breakfast staff, and their supervisor in particular, were the best. Very inviting smiles and their willingness to get us whatever we requested. It was a joy to chat with them and find out about their backgrounds and what it took for them to arrive in Dubai for work. Thank you very much for your service; it was greatly appreciated (you deserve a 5-star rating). And, we wish you the best in whatever you do. We also hope the situation improves so that everything returns to normal.

It was amazing, the staff were all super friendly and helpful, wether it was the room service staff, bar staff, pool staff, receptionists, door staff. All were amazing. The food was great, breakfast had so many great options daily, pool was super warm, hotel rooms were beautiful and super clean! Absolutely recommend! Thank you for a great stay ☺️

The hotel was ok, but was disappointed when we checked out, as I was told by the receptionist that we had a mini bar bill in our room, when we never wven touched nor took anything in the fridge / mini bar. We were in a hurry tonleave for the airport, we did not have time to argue with the receptionist. I think the person who went to checked our room had something to do with it. Very disappointed, as it would have been very positive with our stay at the hotel, but at the end, we lost trust. We would not stay at the hotel again when we go back in the future as we do not want to be charge something we do not use again.

My stay at the hotel was great. Although its not really walkable to the sites you might want to see--IT is located near the Red Line (10 minute walk) which is super convenient. I highly recommend using the metro. Lastly, the man who cleaned my room Amith was great. Very nice and did a wonderful job.

Check in took over 1 hour !! It was slow to begin with but the. We were held up as the receptionist said hotels.com has cancelled our booking ! I had no communication saying so , quite the contrary , I had confirmation that morning saying the hotel look forward to welcoming me . We were stuck in reception with my elderly parents , my father has Parkinson’s and was very distressed sitting in the reception for long ! We booked a suite as we had our 16 year old daughter , we requested the sofa bed to made up , we returned to our room at 11.30 pm to find no duvet fo the sofa bed , it took three phone calls and 55 minutes for the duvet to arrive . Breakfast was appalling !!!! Huge queues , far too may people in the restaurant , only 1 filter coffee urn which took over 19 minutes to brew , staff didn’t communicate that the coffe would Take so long so lots of people queuing for coffee on both mornings ! I asked for the manger to contact me , they have not ! The room we had was lovely and luxurious and spacious , however the stay was ruined by the service ! Overall , disappointing !! Would big return
