Pictures very misleading, the lake was too abandoned to go near, there is no water park, the restaurant only served breakfast (not lunch and dinner like advertised), no hot springs. I ended up staying in my room all three days. The staff were really nice but I can tell they knew I felt scammed. I’ve contacted Expedia for some type of compensation twice and they said they’d reach back but no answer. Very disappointed. A waste of alot of money.

Bodde hos familjen

The property was clean inside and out. We had an issue with our AC and they moved us immediately. You will definitely need a car, a driver or taxi to get to restaurants etc.

Bra

Staff was ok, but I was offered food, then told I needed to pay for it with an outdated payment method (cash) which I didn't have and couldn't get. I explained my issue with ATMs on the island and reception did not show any compassion and didn't care.

Stationnement facile.

The hotel was very nice, the room was clean, the beds comfortable, but the hotel is not located where you can walk to town or the beach. I had thought it would be near the beach area, but it's on the other side of the road. The staff was kind, food was not very quick but was good.
