⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Exceptional Stay! Outstanding Service from Start to Finish. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that this hotel takes hospitality seriously. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay as comfortable as possible. What truly set this hotel apart was the management team. When I reached out with a special request, they were not only accommodating but went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of without any hassle. It's rare to find a team that listens so attentively and follows through so seamlessly. The highlight of our experience came at checkout. Knowing we had a flight to catch, management graciously offered us a complimentary 2-hour late checkout, completely unprompted. That small but incredibly thoughtful gesture made all the difference. We were able to freshen up, finish packing at our own pace, and head to the airport relaxed and right on time, without the usual last-minute rush. It's the little things that leave a lasting impression, and this hotel nailed every single one of them. If you're looking for a place where you'll feel genuinely valued as a guest, look no further. We will absolutely be returning on our next visit. Highly recommended!

This hotel is absolutely great, especially for the price. We had a lovely stay here, clean rooms, welcome drinks, great staff, pool bar and clean rooftop swimming pool. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and it’s very close to d mall and all the main restaurants!

What a gem

grate value for money. good location (very close to Dmole) and to white beach. rooms are very comfortable and well preserved. Neighborhood is good and quite. Breakfast is very basic

The staff are super friendly and will bend over backwards to make you happy. The front desk girls are fantastic! I loved the shower in the room, and the walkability to everywhere. Very pleased.

Very nice clean decorated hotel with an excellent cafeteria with a lot of choices to eat. Excellent service with very helpful staff with always a smile on their face and checking all the time if you needed anything. We found this hotel the most convenient and affordable and with excellent service from the staff.

Service from all staffs are excellent. Just didn’t approve of housekeeping staff going into room when not requested. Not their fault, but I’m not messy, so I don’t need daily cleaning, and also because sometimes I leave things lying around. All good, otherwise.
