The swimming pool is not available! There should be a refund for not having the pool available. The 32 floor lodge area is not open to all guests. Not much sitting and relax areas!

Great location, easy walk to the KFLL centre. Great variety of restaurant around the hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms, excellent facilities.

Great gym , great food , nice staff, clean helpful people , made it enjoyable to stay very helpful always . Room sizes are good with smart tv food variety is great , stayed full all day after breakfast, grab pick was easy could walk to malls , petronas and explore. Woukd go back again .

Clean room, closer to shopping areas, eating places, twin towers. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff. Nice pool area. Recommend this hotel to anyone visiting kuala Lumpur.
