We enjoyed our stay at Peruna Cave Hotel and the property itself was beautiful. However, I would strongly advise future guests to compare prices before purchasing tours and excursions through the hotel reception. Upon arrival, we were strongly encouraged to pay for tours in cash. We found this unusual, especially given the high prices being charged. We booked a hot air balloon ride through the hotel and were charged 500 euros for two people. During the flight, we spoke with six other passengers in the same balloon basket, and every one of them had paid approximately 70 euros per person for the same experience. We also checked prices with several local tour providers and found that even the most expensive balloon rides were around 70 euros per person. I requested a receipt from the hotel reception on two separate occasions and was ignored. I later sent an email requesting a receipt and never received any response. The same thing happened with the Red Tour. The hotel offered it for 230 euros, but we purchased what appeared to be the exact same tour elsewhere for 76 euros. My disappointment is not only related to the prices, but also to the lack of transparency and the failure to provide receipts when requested. Future guests should compare prices with local providers before booking excursions through the hotel. The hotel itself was pleasant, but our experience with tour bookings was very disappointing

I've been in Cappadocia 3 times and I can definitely say that Peruna Cave has been the best hotel I've stayed. The staff is amazingly helpful and charming, I stayed with my wife and 1 year old son, they loved the place and the viw from the terrace is the best for balloons watching. The room was super clean and the bed was so comfy my family was very happy, the food and breakfast was the best we had in turkey so that was a plus. If you're planning to go to cappadocia with family this is the best hotel you'll find, super close to the city center and they're all amazing people.

This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel both night and day with views in every direction. The rooftop is a perfect spot to watch the hot air balloons at sunrise or share a bottle of wine at sunset. The rooms are unique and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay special. They made us a bagged breakfast for the morning we departed since we missed breakfast due to an early departure. They also helped us book a camel ride at the last minute. Definitely would return to Peruna Cave in a heartbeat!!

Wow wow wow, the best place in Capadocia, super clean, great location, super nice staff. The owner/manager was a very SPECIAL PERSON, very nice and super friendly! The entire staff at restaurant was honestly very friendly and welcoming and the room cleaners too The breakfast is AWESOME !!!

The staff was great. They went overboard to accomodate our needs. Breakfast was wonderful with amazing views. Restaurant for dinner was exceptional. Easily accessible for older folk!

El hotel está excelente muy bien ubicado, el restaurante es de lo mejor tanto el desayuno cómo todo lo que pedimos en la cena, cenamos 2 veces ahí , el personal muy atentos y muy profesional, nos encanto

I read so many reviews to choose Peruna Cave and it was wonderful. The staff are so helpful, the breakfast is amazing, the location is superb and the rooms are so unique and stunning. Amazing views from everywhere at this hotel. Don’t hesitate.

Peruna Cave Hotel is a beautiful place to stay in Göreme. We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are very comfortable, huge bathroom with shower. King size bed, TV, tea/coffee making facilities and fridge. The Turkish breakfast platter served in the restaurant was amazing, such a lovely, fresh selection of cheeses, salad vegetables, olives, fresh fruit and pastries,teas, coffee and fruit juice.

I’ve traveled all over the world, and Peruna Cave Hotel is truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was perfect: the room, the food, the amenities, the breakfast, and the overall atmosphere. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and such a unique experience. Breakfast was incredible every morning, and every detail of the hotel made our stay feel special. But what truly sets Peruna Cave Hotel apart is the people. The staff were warm, kind, welcoming, and genuinely wonderful. They made us feel cared for from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond in every way. Their hospitality is what made this stay unforgettable. I cannot recommend Peruna Cave Hotel enough. It is a beautiful hotel with amazing food, lovely rooms, great amenities, and the most incredible staff. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
