The room was clean and comfortable, in a great location with excellent views. The name “Marine Terrace Apartments” was a little misleading for the studio room we booked, as it was more like a compact hotel room rather than a self-contained apartment. We had expected facilities such as a kitchenette, small lounge, and dining area, which were not included.
That said, the stay was still enjoyable overall, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastiskt Great location, right one the water. Clean, comfortable, access to a pool and hot tub and laundry. Definitely recommend.

Fantastiskt I would recommend this property with its location and beautiful views of the lake. The property is within walking distance to downtown restaurants. The rooms are modern with a beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed. Nespresso machine and refrigerator were available. There was no microwave. There is a combo washer/dryer but ours did not dry well. The staff was able to dry our clothes elsewhere for us. There is a nice weight room, hot tub and indoor pool within a separate building. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Ideal location for exploring Wanaka’s town centre. The views from the apartment were amazing. The apartment seemed like it was still brand new and was very clean and tidy. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with all the amenities you need for a short or long stay. The couches and bed were very comfortable.

I had a great stay at Marina Terrace Apartments.
The apartment was spacious, bright, and well-equipped, very clean and comfortable — perfect for relaxing. The location is convenient and close to the lake, with beautiful views. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose this place again when visiting Wānaka.
