no plastic cups in the room. Only two 2 pillows per queen bed.. I left behind my husband”s heart monitor. and it took 4 different phone numbers to reach the LV hotel.

Anthony M at the front desk was amazing. His customer service was unmatched, he made it a warm welcome and was very helpful! I will be returning guaranteed.

Staff was rude. Elevators dont work very well. Property is run down. Other guests were sketchy.

This was a great disappointment. Only 1 elevator worked for 5 days and there was no signs of any attempt to work on the 2nd. There wasn't a coffee pot in the room, actually, not even a paper cup. The shower shot water straight out of the side, soaking everything across the room. The toilet seat wasn't even connected to the toilet. I asked a security guard at the booth a question, twice, and he literally just stared at me saying nothing! There was music playing at the pool area that was so loud it made the table shake, and the pool hours were only 10 am to 6 pm!! The worse part was trying to take the stairs... not clearly marked at all! If there was a fire... people would die for lack of clear directions of how to get out of the building!

The property is obviously older and in need of renovation. The beds are very uncomfortable. The bathtub needs re-glazing or replacing-it looks dirty! Our stay was for 5 days but we still had to request clean towels and toilet paper. After requesting clean linens and room cleaning the beds weren't touched because a sweater was left on the bed. The pool area was the best feature. There are very minimal food options in or near the hotel.

Our stay at the OYO hotel was a disaster from the moment we pulled up. We wanted a place with a pool to enjoy and a clean and comfortable room. The pool closed at 6 PM. Why? No idea. they would not keep it open any longer than that, even though check-in was not until 4pm. We had booked two rooms and requested those to be adjoining as we were traveling with young children. We were told there were no adjoining rooms available even though there was no one there. The parking lot could not have been 10% full. No one was in the lobby, Three people were in the casino. They put us in two rooms on the eighth floor that were disgusting. In one of the rooms, the shower did not drain and was incredibly dirty. The other room, the shower was missing a knob and would not switch from tub to shower. I called to get help with this and received no answer from the front desk or housekeeping or engineering. I called a dozen times with no answer. When I went down to the front desk, they moved us to two different rooms. They were slightly cleaner and the showers worked in both rooms. The sink did not drain in one of those rooms. I don’t care how cheap it is, it’s incredibly overpriced. The staff did not care, there are no amenities. Incredibly disappointed with my decision to stay here.

The room was clean. Additional pillows were asked for and delivered.

Place is not well kept. Dirty...

Cheap, staff was helpful, parking was straightforward. Only downside was that there was a roach in the room. Casino was a plus.
