I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my stay at OYO Hotel in Las Vegas was unacceptable. The room was in terrible condition, the AC barely worked, the bathroom tub was dirty and stained, basic toiletries were missing, and the water wouldn’t flush properly. Even the main door was broken, which made the room feel unsafe. The room phone didn’t connect to the front desk, so every time I needed something, I had to go down to the lobby. I requested extra pillows, was told they’d be sent up, and they never arrived. The front desk staff had an attitude that made it clear they didn’t care about helping guests. Out of the three elevators, only one worked for most of the stay. On the last day, even that one broke, forcing guests to walk through a shady hallway to reach a different set of elevators in another part of the property. The ice machines on multiple floors didn’t work, so I had to search level by level. The restaurant service was also extremely slow and disorganized. Overall, this hotel shows zero care for the property or the people staying there. It’s sad that travelers come to Vegas expecting a good experience, only to have their stay ruined by this level of neglect and poor hospitality.

Don't be fooled by the pictures, it's a completely different hotel and is old & outdated.

The hallways along the rooms had a lot of trash on the floor from guest that were not cleaned up. Even the second day all the trash was left there. Even when the maids went by, they would not pick it up. Our room was also dirty on the rug and didn’t look like it was vacuumed correctly. Plus they charged me for parking again after I left in the morning for a little bit and came back. Even though I paid for 24 hour parking, they said once I left it started over. I will never go back to this place for that reason.

The overall stay was OK. The room smelled like smoke when it was a non-smoke room. It gave me a headache for the rest of the night. I was also over charged for parking.

The AC was not working in the hallways, the elevators were not working either. We had to use the stairs to make out and it was super hot. I was in the 11th floor to make down was not as easy as you may think. I asked one of the stuff members for help, I was given attitude instead. The reception area was not responding, when I was finally able to make to reception to check out I told the lady and she said that was recently learning about it when myself I was stacked for more than an hour and others were longer than myself. At the pool area it smelled like there was a black water pipe was broken, due to the horrible smell I couldn’t enjoy the pool any longer. The parking it’s additional fee, and they do not tell you that if you pay to park outside you cannot park inside and the other way around.

Hidden fees. Lack of customer service. The toilet seat was yellow. The shower curtains were dirty. The ice machine didn't work. Trash and bags of towels were left all over the hallway. Don't waste your money here.

Like the parking convenience, security very professional, swimming pool very clean .food service from bar was very slow .in general I’m satisfied
