Fantastiskt This is my second time staying in this hotel. I am highly appreciated with the room and the service here.

Nice Pool area. Extremely varied breakfast buffet (although the hot dishes were never hot). Enormous room, very comfortable and clean

The room is very dated and poorly maintained. There is mold stains in the grouts and staining in the fabric of furnitures and walls. We paid extra 1200NTD per night to upgrade the room but the supposedly renovated room still does not meet modern standards. I am very surprised this hotel has a 5 star rating. the staffs are nice though.

It was a really pleasant room and having a pool was a welcome bonus.

The hotel is old and lots of facilities needed to be renovated. Staff are friendly and helpful and we could tell the housekeeping has tried their best to clean and maintain the room, yet the bathroom and the wardrobe look like it’s from the 1960s

The hotel is well maintained. Rooms were cleaned and plenty of amenities. Location was also convenient, be it travelling using the trains or taking an Uber. Will return if travelling to Kaohsiung.

Lovely hotel with a pool
You get a free drink in the bar which is nice
Check in isn’t until 4pm though which is quite late
Breakfast was great and very efficient
Pool is fab although hot tub was far too hot
Room was very spacious, good shower etc but the air con didn’t work very well so our room was around 23 degrees all night
Overall ok hotel for a couple of days
