The property was very comfortable very clean and appreciated the security systems in place. Also excellent position so close to Harbour Town for shopping food and facilities.

We loved staying at the hotel, it really helped us enjoy our stay so much better and it’s located close to everything you need and the attractions will definitely stay there again.

Light filled airy apartment with all the cooking, washing facilities on hand. Good view and quiet. Car space is tight but ok. Friendly staff who listen to requests.

Smooth check in and friendly reception

The staff member was really lovely and showed us to our room upon arrival. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. There were some issues with the shower where the water would go from hot to warm every 10-15 seconds. But apart from that, we were pretty pleased with the room we paid for. A great location if you’re coming for a visit, with Harbour Town right across the road for easy shopping access.

Easy check in process though limited parking prior to check in. Walking distance to Harbour Town Shops.

Loved the location. Great walk to harbour town and dublin docks. And not too long of a drive to theme parks or surfers paradise. Perfect size for large family. Down side was not enough stuff to keep maintain cleanliness for example the dishwasher wasn't working, vacuum wouldn't suck so had to sweep, wifi was pretty average and the TV kept loading when put a movie on for kids to wind down. Draws were broken in one room. And floors under table and couch were very grubby. Lots of dust amd crumbs. Parking was very tight but manageable. Otherwise is was great and we were very happy.

I will not recommend Harbour Quay Apt.. Their communication is so poor. We stayed for my daughter's Volleyball tournament. Not able to take photos on our checknin and check out. We paid our bond and without telling us about the damage and after 11 days informing us they will not make a refund. It took me 11th day to follow-up as refund is 7 banking days excluding weekends. They don't even provide proofs. It is really frustrating as we hardly stay to the apartment as the whole day we're at the activity. Their very poor in communication is the expense of us and even I cannot get my money back. I am very very frustrated and very disappointed. I hope expedia will enlist them as it is really ripping off the honest customers.
