Toppen Super basic accommodation and pretty run down, the room smelt like stale cigarettes however, it's a good location and okay for a night. Aircon was working perfectly and water pressure in the shower was brilliant. Good price, bit dated and in need of a refurb. The staff were wonderful though and very kind!

Would be better if the management improves on providing slippers in room, a proper door to the ensuite bathroom ( it looks like it can drop any moment), a ramp for easy access to rooms for old or wheelchair bound occupant

My room was clean and basic but just what I needed. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The only issues I had were the bedside lamp didn't work and I could here the bar downstairs until close at 2am which surprised me given it was a Monday night.

The staff are lovely, male bathrooms were a bit questionable but nonetheless was a lovely sty. Note that the tv’s struggled to get a wifi connection.

Hotel is in an excellent location in Hurstville, I occupied the room with small private bathroom which includes just a tiny wash basin no real outside view from only window in the room and reasonably good shower. Lots of other rooms along a long corridor are not entirely sound proof, could hear other arrivals conversations at times whilst commencing my sleep. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits bathroom soaps. Fair value for money

Fantastiskt Great room for the price. It was close to the bus and train line. I would book here again.

Toppen The room I was originally in had no tv remote and aircon wasn't cooling.
Queen bed was comfier, single bed hard and has large holes in the end of base.
Then I was upgraded to another room.
When enquired about aircon, overnight staff assisted well.
Staff were lovely and helpful.
