The staff were helpful and ok with English. The property was so clean and had an amazing location central to so much. The rooms were comfy and well air conditioned. Would 100% choose to stay here again if in the area.

Hotel was clean and easy access to Mark City restaurants and stores. Staff was very helpful. Online it says washing machines do not require soap but found that you will need to purchase. Mattress is firm. Bathroom in lobby needs updating.

Great location for walking around the the area and getting to the Shibuya station. Rooms were clean and nice. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall a good hotel. Great location, right next the “ scramble “, and several trains. Staff were great, minor communication issues but nothing Google Translate couldn’t fix. Several cleanliness issues…peeling wallpaper, odors and stains
