Très bel établissement offrant 8 appartements. Un service d’accueil spécialisé est offert avec un horaire précis et déterminé à l’avance. Les communications avec le service à la clientèle se font très bien via l’application Hotels.com ou WhatsApp. L’appartement est très beau et en excellent état, seul le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas mais on nous a dit qu’il était en commande. Le matériel de base pour cuisiner est disponible, on peut facilement cuisiner plusieurs repas (four et micro-ondes, ronds à induction et lave-vaisselle). Une épicerie Continente est à quelques pas de marche. La piscine est agréable avec 2 parasols et chaises longues (8 en tout) mais ça peut se remplir assez vite en milieu d’après-midi, surtout qu’elle est aussi accessible par un autre édifice attenant. Un bol rempli de fruits et 2 bouteilles d’eau sont fournies gratuitement, ainsi que des capsules de café Nespresso, capsules pour le lave-vaisselle et machine à laver. Un service de nettoyage de la chambre est offert aux 2 jours environ. Le quartier est très agréable avec plusieurs commerces (restos, épiceries, magasins) et transport en commun à proximité. Je recommande chaudement cet endroit, où l’on se sent rapidement comme à la maison. Merci Fernando pour le bel accueil!

The place was excellent. It was beautifully appointed and well taken care of. The host (Ben) was very helpful. Location is good for those who want to be close to the city center but a bit away from the action while having plenty of local options for food. Would recommend and seek to stay here for subsequent trips to Lisbon.

The apartment was fantastic, so well thought out and spotless.There was so much attention to detail, everything was of great quality, the beds, furniture, decor, even the crockery,the photos did not do it justice! We loved our stay, 5 minute walk to metro and supermarket around the corner. Special thank you to Fernando who met us at the apartment and explained about the area and how all the equipment in the apartment worked.
