El trato del staff excelente, seria injusto mencionar a alguien en especial , pero el personal de la cafeteria y en especial la Srta Palma con el resto de carpeta , un nivel superlativo.

The hotel was in a perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere. It was very close to Plaza Mayor and everything. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

The staff was very nice. The property has a cheap finish and is not well kept. The hotel is like a 2 stars hotel not 4. Los empleados fueron atentos y amables. El hotel tiene unos terminados muy baratos y no se ve bien mantenido. El hotel es mas un 2 estrellas que un 4.

Reception staff were really nice and helpful. They all spoke English too. The location is fabulous also. The only thing is the room was really cramped, the bed was uncomfortable, and I could hear people through the ceiling and walls.
