I had a wonderful 10-day stay at this hotel, and by the end of my trip it truly felt like my home in London. The front desk staff were exceptional and made my stay incredibly pleasant. I had several separate reservations, and they kindly arranged for me to stay in the same room throughout. When I took a short trip to Amsterdam, they allowed me to store my suitcases at the hotel, which made traveling much easier. When I returned, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. Their friendliness, flexibility, and attention to detail really stood out. The location is fantastic. The hotel is situated in a safe and charming neighborhood, with many excellent restaurants nearby. It was easy to get around London, and everything I needed, including a nearby laundry center (5 minutes walking), was conveniently accessible. I also appreciated the dining room amenities. Having tea and coffee readily available throughout the day was a thoughtful touch. I enjoyed starting my mornings with a cup before heading out and relaxing with another when I returned in the evening. These small conveniences made the hotel feel even more welcoming. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. The outstanding service, great amenities, and excellent location made this a memorable experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

I have arrived in many properties in the last few years to find that I have been assigned the noisiest room on the floor, presumably because I used a broker to book since some overworked front desk person shared their strategy with me once, but this took the cake. I raised my eyebrows when we were directed to “lower ground”. When we exited the lift it was a well lit, nicely carpeted and painted warren of narrow hallways cluttered with cleaning carts. Room had great paint job, plenty of storage but the bed was slotted so narrowly that there was no room for beside table to set a beverage on. It faced a lovely double window that had a control panel completely obstructing the view. This morning we were awakened by furniture or carts being moved around in the breakfast space above. I know that London real estate is precious. Even still, I would argue this should not be a guest room.

3verything was excellent except the provided garbage cans were much too small and the toilet paper was quite rough

This hotel has been recently renovated and is located in Nottinghill. The room was somewhat small but very well appointed. Very quiet and short walking distance to restaurants and underground tube stations.

We very much enjoyed our stay - the hotel was in a cute neighborhood with lots of restaurants within a short walking distance. The bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, the staff was friendly and helpful. And there were nice snacks and beverages in the room and they were complimentary!! We’d definitely stay again!
