Breakfasts were amazing..the eggs Benedict were a small fluffy pillow of deliciousness and I ordered one everyday.. complements to the chef! staff was amazing and so helpful. Man was always so kind by helping us everyday figure out where we were going and how to get there..I actually missed his presence on his day off. Stayed 2 weeks ..chocolate hour and the pool was also so refreshing and pretty lived having the bar close by

I stayed in building no3 and feel it’s looking a bit tired. I noticed chipped paint, some staining on the carpet and I also feel the breakfast didn’t have enough healthy options.

Longe staff was not very friendly or helpful they leep the softdrinks in kitchen but didnt offer to.go get is one first day we checked in ..I would.not wast my money on lounge access at this hotel again.. the ros.are nice amd.peolle on main oor were nice but lounge should flush the staff as not attentive

Staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing and chocolate hour was such a nice touch. The location is good- far enough away from the main road to be quiet, but station, shops and restaurants all within walking distance

Aside from an odor in the room due to the air conditioning, the rest was great. Awesome shower water pressure, bed was comfortable, location and shuttle to mall was perfect. We upgraded to executive which came with lounge access, definitely worth it!

Loved staying here. Very fine establishment and kind and professional staff. Delicious food and awesome rooftop pool. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in town.
