Room is clean and spacious. Staff is helpful. However, the location is far from the sightseeing spots. However, it is easy to call Yandex. So it is not that inconvenient.

Clean, nice hotel! Great service, great people, they speak English well. Very helpful and informative. The only thing is they don’t have an ironing board in the rooms, you have to ask for it and it’s available. Thanks

First they gave us rooms in old wings which were very small and stinking Then they shifted to the new wing were they had only heated AC provision The room was so hot and suffocated We went and told them they said we don’t have cooling syste

Looks very overpriced. Tiny rooms with, extremely narrow beds, no place for suitcases. Management need to be improved. We we very much disappointed. The only good thing was the breakfast.
