Good hotel. Big rooms

Delayed room allocation despite the fact that we checked in at 3.00 pm which is their official check in time. Total chaos at the reception and staff were running like headless chickens. We were even given wrong room category- asked for double bed were allocated 2 single beds and after all the chaos finally got rooms at 5.30 pm. Then no handwashing refilled in the bottles, had to ask 4 times until that was replenished. Overall a poor experience considering the price and brand.

This hotel is very in Mumbai International airport. Food is fantastic and plenty of options are available.

I stayed here on June 9th-11th and came back and stayed on June 20th-22nd. I was really disappointed because I had left something in the room during my first visit. The hotel had my email and my WhatsApp and no one bothered to reach out to let me know about my missing items even though they knew I had another reservation to stay with them. While I was in maldives I called the hotel to find out if housekeeping found my items and they told me to send them an email. When I returned on June 20th and checked in, the gentleman that checked me in I asked if my items were found. He told me that he would check the lost and found and send the items to my room if they were found, that never happened. When I checked out on June 22 I ask about my missing items again and luckily they did have them and brought them to me before my Uber left. For a 5 star hotel they could of sent me an email about my missing items after I checked out, especially knowing that I was coming back to stay with them. Also rooms are very nice but it smells alot like sewer water. I stayed in 3 different rooms and 2 of three smells like that.

The Chef and the staff at the breakfast buffet were amazing. Always welcoming, always helpful, always caring! Rooms were exactly what we expected, at a Novotel!

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and always ready to help, and the breakfast exceeded expectations. The facilities, especially the gym and swimming pool, were clean and well kept. Would definitely stay again.
