Once we checked in, they gave us a wrong type of room than we booked. And we had to change the room and hotel manager seemed it was inconvenient even though they gave us a wrong room. Location was bit too far from public transportation with summer heat and used uber to come back to this hotel. For first time visitor it was a bit tricky. It is clean and nice breakfast buffet.

The room itself was very nice. Spacious and clean. Our issue was the AC did not work for almost 2 days during our stay with 100+ degree weather outside. We could not even sleep it was so hot and drowning in sweat. When we would call reception about it they seemed irritated at us just for calling about the situation which left us feeling frustrated and disregarded. Upon checking in and leaving our bags in their secluded room, somebody stole my airplane pillow as well. We trusted that our things would be safe and they were not. We brought this to receptions attention but they did not do anything about it. So we are now out of money for that which is also frustrating. The location is a far walk away from the nearest train and metro. Overall, again, the room was neat and nice but the location is poor. The staff could have been more helpful and the room would stench like sewage or mildew around the kitchen area.

Un endroit parfait hors de la zone touristique à 5 minutes en autobus du métro/RER C (bibliothèque François Mitterand) Distributeur d’eau à la disposition de tous. Un ventilateur de plafond aurait été apprécié surtout en période de canicule.

Clean room, came with lots of towels, dish ware and a hairdryer which was helpful. They also give you some cleaning supplies to get you started e.g. dishwashing liquid and sponge. There is also a small dishwasher which is very handy. Staff is friendly. View from my room wasn’t great but not an issue as I was out for most of my stay anyways.
