Very nice hotel ! Great location. Very helpful staff

This is a 3 stars hotel not a 4 stars hotel that I booked. The room was awful asked for an upgrade willing to pay more but none was available.

Great atmosphere, the rooms are clean and quiet in fact it feels like it’s soundproof. Close to all the major attractions.

This hotel is perfectly placed for a visit to Madrid - within walking distance of major attractions, shopping and restaurants. Outstanding staff who go out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. Assisted with travel to the airport, tours and directions to various places of interest. Great breakfast with continental and al a carte options - fresh and delicious.evening entertainment in the restaurant and at breakfast gave a great ambience and calm start to the day. Rooms are very well presented with marble flooring and bathroom finishes. Beautiful soft bedding and towels, super comfortable bed, refrigerator in the room and well functioning air conditioning. Security on both entrances yet unobtrusive. Thanks Eduardo for your highly professional and warm care and service

Fantastic hotel with very friendly and enthusiastic staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel is well situated and all tourist attractions were within easy walking distance. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices. The piano bar had a reasonable menu and was comfortable with accomplished pianists making the bar vary pleasant. While the weather was relatively cool we visited the rooftop bar a few times and enjoyed the views with a pre dinner drink or two. Our 4 night stay couldn’t have been any better.

UMusic hotel was a real oasis! It managed to be classy and cozy at he same time. We loved the piano bar, the poolside bar, the rooftop terrace, the lps to borrow, the evening show, all of it! Very handy location, too. And above all: what attentive, friendly, professional staff! Stay here, you won’t regret it.

I was traveling in Madrid with my family and stayed at this hotel for the location. The location of the hotel is so central. You are literally in Plaza del Sol in 2 mins. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Upon arrival we were greeted with champagne and a ticket for a free drink to be used at any of the restaurants. I missed my dinner reservation our last night and they called the restaurant and got me a table. When festivities closed down taxi access to the hotel, they helped us with our luggage and ensured we got in our cab. The piano bar was amazing and the pianist were top notch. They had crowds of people attending the Cabernet show they host. I wasn’t able to go but it was well attended every night we were there. I would highly recommend the hotel.

All the staff were nice and friendly. The building and a room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding!

Wonderful stay in a great neighborhood to wander and enjoy
