Everything was great, especially the customer service staff at the reception, who were very friendly and helpful. The only issue during our 5-day stay was that the hotel experienced internet problems, and we only had Wi-Fi access on the first and last days. As we are from the UK and had limited mobile data available, my children struggled to watch YouTube and stay entertained. Apart from the internet issue, everything else was excellent, and we had a very pleasant stay.

The room was lovely and clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The hotel was in a good location for public transport - we easily got a metro into central Koln. We didn’t pay for breakfast as we felt it was expensive but there was a great cafe a short walk away.

Everything was ok. But mostly I‘am staying at B&B Köln-Ehrenfeld. The experience there is a bit better.

Room was a little smaller but that’s typical with European hotels. overall the staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. It was very close to a tram for easy access to the city.

Easy to use. Optional breakfast add on. WiFi worked. Rio was clean. AC worked. Shower and bathroom clean and worked well
