This place is budget, and it shows. The staff are very nice and helpful, but the place is not staffed 24/7. They are very clear about this, but it is still worth mentioning in the review. The accommodations are not particularly comfortable. Some reviewers said the nearby train was too loud but I did not feel this way. The area is incredibly unsafe though in terms of Japan. Probably the worst ward in the nation. Drunks, yakuza, and homeless everywhere. Hard working folks living tough lives, and that isn't likely what you want to be immersed in during your vacation. The place itself I'd give two stars, maybe three. But with where it is this place is 1 star.

Good for a short stay my only complaint is that the bed was quite hard and the duvet wouldn’t stay in the dovey cover but the bed being hard is personal preference

The hotel was clean. The room is very small. The location is by the subway, which you can hear throughout the day and night. The hotel is in the middle of a homeless camp. Everyone was friendly but there was a lot of homeless people around.

Very clean and spacious room, beds were comfortable, noise level was a bit much at times but didn't mind it all that much, it's right next to a station so you hear the trains all day and night, but all in all it was a pleasant stay.
