Nice clean and new room. Plenty of room and great value for money - would definitely recommend.

Clean room. Check in was easy and didn't interact with any staff for the two nights I was there because I didn't need to. Has a washing and drier but not much other amenities.

Loved my stay! The room was beautiful and clean. It was easy access to the property and room. Street parking was available!

It looks like it’s all newly refurbished and it’s very clean. Comfortable bed, high quality bedding, great shower, great kitchen…thoughtfully designed for colour scheme etc and modern. Laundry room where I could wash our clothes (travelling 5 months)…2 NZD for the washing machine/same for the dryer. A couple of issues/design over function. 4 large recessed ceiling lights light up the room like an interrogation unit! No way to dim them. There are two suspended bedside lights but they are very dim. Nothing in between which is bonkers. The underside of the platform bed is lit which offers nothing to be honest. Put one light on the ceiling or dimmer switches. The bathroom was very cold, only a wall mounted fan heater on a timer which goes off every couple of minutes. Heated towel rail would warm the room and given us dry towels for our two night stay. New Zealand motels/hotels must all buy their pillows from the same place because everywhere inc here they’re too flat and too small. Yeah I’d still recommend the place because it’s nice…but blimey those harsh lights were badly chosen.

Room was at front door. We could hear people coming in and out. Tenant on floor above us. We could hear them walking around.

Property isn't manned! But easy to access. Very limited parking ie 2 plus a disability space but I think it could be hard to get out if all were used unless you reversed up the driveway. There was plenty of parking on the road outside in the evening. New builds across the road mean you aren't getting a lie in atm! Room itself was lovely and well equipped. BUT if you plan to spend any time in the evening in your room watching TV its at the complete wrong angle to lie on the bed and watch! Otherwise, we got a great deal and it's right by Hagley Park. Places to eat close by (less than 10min walk) and you can walk into town from here.

Very enjoyable, great location, very clean and tidy

Couldn’t fault the place
