When checking in, I realized I made an error with my booking dates and was so exhausted from traveling I was in such a bad headspace. Hotels was not going to help me despite purchasing the travel insurance but the man at the front desk was AMAZING and went out of his way to help me without me even asking. I so so so appreciate his kindness on what was just a very off traveling day. I wish I remembered his name so I could give him a proper shout out, he said he was originally from Mexico. Aside from the wonderful and friendly people working there, this is also the first firm, comfortable bed we had on our two week trip in Spain. Excellent location with lots of bars and restaurants, very nice and quiet/well soundproofed in the room, strong air conditioning, and a very comfy lounge with tables and couches to hang out in before or after check in. Thank you for your hospitality!!

I had tripped while walking to the hotel and the manager on duty immediately brought me ice for bruises and a cut lip, bandaids and special water. Breakfast as part of the reservation was ample with many choices taken at the restaurant next door. Despite the unusual hot weather I walked to the Guggenheim Museum and around the Old Town.

Fantastic hotel! So modern and clean. Even a proper kettle and hairdryer in the room! The location couldn’t be any better, right in the centre but so quiet at night! Staff helpful and friendly and room very clean and cleaned daily! Highly recommend

Great location right next to Plaza Nueva. Room was clean and comfortable and there is a friendly bar downstairs for a light breakfast.

Clean room however very minimal - only one chair for twin bed room, bathroom had no hooks for clothing or towels. Only one low rail. No tissue box or slippers etc

The staff was very welcoming and allowed early check in for my son who was traveling separately from me. Its a great location for old town Bilbao and we even witnessed some Easter processions right outside the hotel.

Nice boutique hotel in a great location. On the edge of the old town beside one of the main bridges. The ice skating rink was across the road for Christmas. Nice bar adjacent which creates so atmosphere around reception. Good room with very good facilities. I would stay again!
