We had a Western style room on the 4th floor which had a balcony with beautiful views. The beds were comfortable. The onsen was small but very clean and relaxing. Breakfast was varied, lots to chose from both western and Japanese. We were welcomed by friendly staff.

Clean, quiet, lovely view of the village and mountains from the room. Good breakfast, friendly staff, free lockers to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. Very close to the train station. We would stay here again when visiting Nikko!

Fue perfecto para mis necesidades. No es particularmente bonito, ni romántico, ni espacioso. Pero está muy bien situado, tiene un pequeño y funcional onsen y un desayuno asequible (estilo oriental). Excelente para exploradores.

Small but all you need. Small fridge, teapot, ac, nice tub, drying line, hair dryer. Signage everywhere to help figure things out. Put key in a box to checkout and stored our luggage in their locker. Microwave in hall on our floor.

For the price, this was a delightful stay with some amazing amenities. I stayed in one of the rooms (not the capsules). I was amazed at what an amazing place this was and wished I was staying longer. It is super close to the train station and also has lockers if you need to store luggage before/after check-in/out. I rarely return to the same hotel twice, but I would definitely stay here again and longer. I appreciated the thoughtful touches!
