This is a very good hotel, well situated, comfortable generous rooms, relaxed hotel, lovely pool area and grounds, good options at the buffet, but missing a few nice to have eggs options (poached eggs, omelette). The drinks are of decent quality, and the evening and dsy entertainment was top notch. The restaurant experience was notably lacking personal service and lacked hospitality which seems to have changed since our last visit. Everyone else was courteous and professional and helpful with information or requests. The hotel has changed ownership and lost some local flavour and personality but it is a very comfortable stay while visiting the area.

Everything was pretty good. The only things I’d mention would be that our bathroom flooded when someone showered and there were ants (to be fair that was dealt with once we told reception). Food is ok, nothing more

Slow serving but ok

The rooms were huge with massive balconies. We came back to this hotel after visiting a couple of years ago, unfortunately they have changed a few things since including no bar on the main level during the day so you have to go down 2 floors to the pool bar but they have decided to not put any snacks there now either so its back upstairs if you want a snack and by snack I just mean its just whatever is left over from dinner. We went while there was some football on so was hoping to watch the football with a few drinks, this had now been moved into another room with poor sound on the TV and we had to pay for drinks, cost 20€ for 2 drinks. Fully understand albufeira is known for its golf but there were so many golfers there it was like waiting for a bus to get a drink in the evening If you want to go anywhere then you will need to book an uber as its miles away from anything and in a very hilly location. Only things close by was 1 bar and a supermarket which was closed every time I went to see if it was open For an all inclusive resort there wasnt really much, food was the same nearly every day and drinks were a faff to get unless plonked down in the same place all day. Pool bar drinks also came in plastic cups. All in all I wouldn't say this was 5 star, maybe a 4 at best

Very good stay great staff and good amount of food and activities

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff were very helpful on tips regarding sightseeing places to eat in the local area. Yara at reception was a warm and friendly face to put you at ease. We were ever so Grateful for the kindness shown. We had an all inclusive stay and it was lovely though the food was fresh and plentiful we would have loved having omlette options available for

The hotel was superb, the staff were very attentive. 100% would recommend as this hotel represents excellent value for money

Hotel is not 5 star i would say a good 3 star. Food choice is very poor
