There are many car models to choose from, but there's only one staff member, so you might need a little patience when it's busy. Although they check the car before you take it, ours ran out of battery after just two minutes. 😂 The staff member helped us switch to another car and restarted the timer. Besides the plaza below, you can also drive up to the plaza in front of the library, which is great for kids to experience driving. Some car models even allow adults to ride along (though my dad said his knees were exploding with pain, only my short mom could squeeze in). Overall, the experience was pretty good, so why only four stars? Mainly because of the price. It's a bit higher than similar services elsewhere, and the green car actually doesn't run for 30 minutes; some of the faster ones only last about 25 minutes.

Buying tickets is convenient and a bit cheaper than at the gate. Although the zoo isn't huge, it's perfect for bringing children to explore. You can tell the staff put a lot of effort into maintaining the park and caring for the animals. On weekends, there's also a market and a park nearby, making it very convenient and enjoyable!

Trots den långa och skumpiga resan var det verkligen jobbigt för vår guide, Qiangqiang, att inte bara vandra med oss i två dagar utan också köra oss tillbaka till Taipei i flera timmar! Vandringen var inte särskilt svår, så den här resan är mycket lämplig för nybörjare som gillar att utforska naturen. Även om vi inte fick se körsbärsblommorna i full blom, var landskapet längs vägen ändå värt att minnas. Att vara omgiven av bergen i Smangus, en Atayal-by djupt inne i bergen, med sin egen kultur och livsstil, erbjöd en renhet och lugn som man inte hittar i staden. Jag blev särskilt imponerad av barnen från Xinguang Elementary School som cyklade på de små vägarna. Mormodern på Yaya B&B behandlade oss som sina egna barnbarn, påminde oss om att det var kallt i bergen och att vi skulle äta ordentligt, och fyllde på maten aktivt. Denna mänskliga värme kändes så hjärtvärmande. Det är en resa jag skulle vilja göra igen, rekommenderas varmt!

Fantastisk dagsupplevelse till Smangus Village och vandring i skogen. Såg några körsbärsträd och några fantastiska naturlandskap. Vår chaufför Chen Wei var fantastisk och mycket vänlig. Jag njöt också av resan dit och tillbaka då det var bergigt och slingrigt.
