Our tour guide was David and he was amazing!! Gave some insights and recommendations. We were lucky to see Mt. Fuji the whole trip and before we head back it started snowing which was an awesome experience.

It was truly one of the best experiences I had in Japan. The guide, Agnes, was extremely friendly and attentive to everything! We were able to see all the main points with the perfect amount of time. If you're unsure which tour to buy, choose this one! I saw a girl who bought bear oil and she was so happy… I'm so jealous….

1월 9일 후지산 투어 가이드님 카나자와 님께서 함께 해주셨는데 사진 스팟도 잘 알려주시고 주의할 점도 알려주셔서 정말 즐거운 하루였습니다 여행 오면 사진이 전부인데 사진 100장은 찍은 것 같습니다 가는 내내 좋은 말씀 해주셔서 심심하지 않았고 여행와서 핸드폰 하면 안된다 하셔서 애들이 주변도 둘러볼 수 있게 해주셨네요 이번 여행에서 가장 인상 깊은 장소는 후지산이었어요 너무 비현실적인 아름다움이랄까요 호수 앞에서 가이드님이 찍어주신 사진 너무 잘 나왔어요 정말 감사합니다 그리고 투어하시는 분들 꼭 후지산은 가보시길 추천 드립니다 녹차 아이스크림도 너무 맛있었어요 꼭 드셔보세요~

Highly recommended!!! 5-star service from him. Our first-ever Mt. Fuji tour with him was extremely the best! He's so kind, accommodating, so informative and he even took us some pictures in the Oishi Park which are so great. Most importantly he help us find my lost phone in the Uber taxi we booked going to the meeting location in the morning. It was supposed to be a stressful day for us thinking about my lost phone but so much thanks to him he assisted us in calling the company of the driver we rode the Uber since we can't speak Japanese. And yeah we found it! Can't thank him enough for his assistance and for making this trip a memorable one. Arigato Taiyo Igarashi! All the best! We hope to see you soon!

Det var en trevlig resa med vår guide Won-yang. Det sades att det var en stor lycka att se Fuji-berget under en resa till Tokyo, och även om det blåste mycket och var kallt, var det skönt att få se det Fuji-berg jag ville se. Vår guide Won-yang var också mycket vänlig, vilket gjorde resan bekväm. Hon svarade på många frågor, guidade oss troget i det kalla vädret, och framför allt gav hon oss tips för att spara tid, så vi kunde avsluta resan i tid. Hon fördrev tristessen med ett lättsamt spel mitt under resan och tog bilder med stor omsorg, och jag blev rörd när hon gav oss presenter ända till slutet. Tack för att du hjälpte oss att tillbringa vår sista dag i Tokyo på ett meningsfullt sätt.

As a suggestion: very the weather before buying since mt Fuji is hard too see otherwise. Do not expect places free of tourist, since this is instagram tour, however they are amazing spots. We departed at 8. We arrived in the first location at 9:40 and stayed there 40 minutes. In the second lication (lawson) we stayed 20 minutes. In the third location (oshino) we stayed 1h and 40 minutes and we add time for lunch and shopping. Finaly at Fujiyoshida we stayed 1h and 40, visited the shrine and the shopping district. Then we come back to Tokyo adm arrived at 16:30.

We had a wonderful day tour with Mr Alex as our guide and driver. The pre-tour instructions were clear and pickup was right on time, which made the start of the day smooth and stress-free. Mr Alex was friendly, professional, and a very safe driver throughout the journey — plus, he’s easy on the eyes too! 😁 Our first stop was Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine. The climb can be a little challenging at the beginning, but it’s absolutely manageable We were given about an hour to explore, which was sufficient if you pace yourself and come prepared. Next, we headed to Oshino Hakkai. It was a pleasant stop with lovely scenery. Our final stop was Gotemba Premium Outlets. While the 2-hour duration felt a bit short — especially after queuing for food — we only managed to cover part of the outlet. I’d recommend planning your shopping route in advance to make the most of the time. Overall, it was a well-organised and enjoyable tour, made even better by Mr Alex’s warm personality. 👍🏻
