謝謝瑩瑩導遊（谭莹莹Helen）的細心帶領，這次旅程能遇到瑩瑩真的非常幸運。 行前提供的資訊相當完整清楚，也貼心提供多種聯繫方式，能配合不同國家的旅客使用（如 WhatsApp、Line，對台灣旅客來說特別方便）。訊息回覆非常即時，讓人很安心。 導覽過程中，景點介紹詳細、內容豐富，並靈活運用中英文說明，照顧到不同語言背景的旅客。說話語速適中，互動自然，整體相處起來非常舒服。 此外，瑩瑩本人清秀漂亮，眼睛很靈動，讓人留下很好的印象 😆

Although we weren’t able to see the crater, I still really enjoyed the trip. November is a beautiful month to visit Mt Aso, the hills are no longer green but just as gorgeous. The bus ride is scenic, you can enjoy endless slopes covered in golden grass, glowing softly in the sun. There’s an option to try horseback riding, as well as visiting an onsen (or simply a foot bath if you’re reluctant to try that) and at every stop you can taste local delicacies. Additionally, the tour guides are awesome, mad respect to them for conducting the whole trip in four languages - they are my superheroes. Shoutout to Seki, such a wonderful soul, thank you again for all the restaurant recommendations 💛

這個行程很棒，去很多有名的景點，比如說，熊本城、阿蘇火山及草千里，只是因為行程較長，花了比較多的時間在坐遊覽車。雖然沒有坐到阿蘇男孩號火車，但是翡翠山翡翠號也是很漂亮，可惜坐火車時遇到大雨，窗外的美景比較看不清楚。行程中有一位旅客超過15分鐘都沒有回到遊覽車，謝謝孫導遊先生果斷決定遊覽車先行。我覺得導遊孫先生真的很棒，可以很流利地介紹各地景點，也很幫忙旅客的需求。

遊覽車坐滿滿的一次旅行，一早熊本下著細雨，便在便利商店買了雨傘，上車後導遊孫鵬說他連七天上阿蘇都有開放，請大家不要擔心，聽著這樣自信滿滿的話，心情似乎也輕鬆許多，沒想到開到高千穗前十幾分鐘變成大太陽的好天氣，拍下許多漂亮的照片，下一站上山沿路竟下起大雨，到了草千里吃午餐，戶外還有雨，沒想到在吃完午餐後雨停了，後面上阿蘇雖是陰天，但也看到藍色湖泊的火山口，很棒的一天！ 最後回程，孫鵬導遊在車上分享他的美食愛店，在熊本車站的天外天拉麵，也成為我們的晚餐，導遊幽默風趣，有機會遇到你也會有很棒的一趟熊本之旅。

Excellent guide by Miss Kong ! she is very knowledgeable, friendly and funny ! very clear on all instructions and to me the highlight of our kyushu trip. The reason i chose this trip was due to the difficult public transportation but this tour make it possible for it to be done in one day ! the driving was enjoyable , toilet breaks mentioned by Ms Kong all the time, she also gave heads up if the weather in Mt Aso is good or not. If not good the trip to Mt Aso crater might be cancelled but thankfully the weather was good, and its not anybodys fault if the weather is bad ! Ms Kong speak mainly chinese and due to my limited language she does her best to speak English at times , and we really appreciate her effort. I would definetly recommend this tour to everybody that wants a full Mt Aso tour that leaves from Kumamoto ! FYI i bring a 5 year old and she did enjoy it very much also !

We enjoyed our trip to Kamishikimi Kumanoimasu Shrine ，Mount aso and Kusenrigahama very much. Thanks to our driver Hugo who made our trip very pleasant. He picked us up from the hotel on time, and managed the time well so that we did not go overtime at the end of the day. The restaurant recommended by Hugo is also very nice. Additional fees needed for carpark and toll fees are less than 10000 yen.

參加這個行程都是為了直升機體驗，熊本城要逛一小時停留時間完全不夠，天守閣在遠處拍一拍，周圍城彩苑吃東西、買伴手禮就好，馬肉刺身吃起來很特別，兩貫¥600。直升機票價如圖，但記得，還需要另外購買動物園的門票¥2000/人，園區內的動物生活空間非常狹小...收入來源幾乎都是直升機吧…黑熊很多都有刻板行為。當天因為風大造成火山煙霧瀰漫，沒辦法繞整整一圈，因為有計時器，駕駛還是會在空中到一定的時間，所以另外看了其他區域的景色，工作人員都會協助拍照；駕駛+乘坐人數只能4人，阿蘇的破火山口呈現碧綠色，景象壯麗，後來小巴直接開上中岳，近距離感受火山口，那個嗆人的煙霧要小心，建議不要待太久，同行者每個結束後都在嗆嗑...接著是去買Aso milk跟霜淇淋，濃郁好吃，霜淇淋+餅乾¥550，牛奶¥280。草千里因為冬季光禿禿黃黃一片，我們也沒特別拍，而且每站停留時間都非常短，幾乎都是走馬看花。導遊王小姐會在行前用what's app聯絡，當初有留電話的記得查看，小巴12人座，空間滿小，不過司機開得穩，怕暈車記得先吃藥；王小姐基本上擔任的就是計時的角色，提醒我們停留及上車集合時間，大家車上也都在睡，如果只是想一日內踩點熊本城及火山口+體驗直升機的話可以買，導遊中日英文什麼的個人覺得差異不大，而且中文導遊幾乎都是中國血統...這次團員都是香港及臺灣人，嗯，就...自行決定吧。

Good experience in booking with Klook for this private car charter. Easy to book and after confirmation, the coordinator connected immediately with us via LINE to link up. The driver assigned to us (小白）was a very hospitable and a safe driver. He introduced us to nice lunch venues and accommodated to some of the minor tweaks to our itinerary. He also provided good insights and explanations to various questions we inquired about the scenic sights we visited.
