our driver Mr Vincent Lee was the best! he took lots of photos of us suggesting the best places for scenic photos, and took good care us. we visited a number of places including the houtong cat village, which is quiet and less touristy but worth the side trip. thanks to Vincent!

Ben Liao was our tour guide. He was very friendly and professional. Ben arrived on time. We had a disabled person and Ben was very accommodating. It was raining that day but Ben was very patient and careful with his driving. He accompanied us in all the sightseeing and provided excellent and detailed explanations. We went an hour over our booking time due to inclement weather and traffic but Ben didn't complain or charge us extra. Overall, a great experience. A+ service. Highly recommend.

it was a wonderful and smooth experience with Chiao-Chiao. From her punctuality in picking us up from our hotel, to her clear communication during the entire tour, to her ability to tell us stories and take great photos of us in each stop, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing tour.

Caleb has to be one of the best tour guides in Tapei. He is proficient with English and extremely knowledgable of all the towns, sites, and visits. His vehicle is also extremely clean, and comfortable. He can create a custom itinerary suited to your preferences. I HIGHLY recommend this private tour for those that want to avoid the fast paced large tours. You get to immerse yourself and enjoy the points of interests vs large group tours.

He even offered to start our tour early so that we can beat the crowd. We also had some minor changes with our itinerary and he happily accepted the requests. Travelled with a family of 5. Jackson was our tour guide. Waited for us with no complaints because we had a guest who was late. The car is big and comfortable too. Some of the roads were so narrow but Jackson is an expert in navigating through it, the entire road journey felt so smooth. Jackson is fluent in English, knowledgeable in the places which he brought us for tour to. Spends time to explain to us in both mandarin and English. He is also extremely hospitable in entertaining our daughter! He takes care of everybody equally and makes sure we feel well taken care of throughout the trip. Our daughter enjoys being with him very much. (: Jackson also offered to take many pictures for us during the trip. Overall, it was a really, really pleasant experience. Will highly recommend!
