Asahiyama Zoo & Ljusblå dammen En-dags Romantisk & Vintertur

Tour was fun and exciting. Our tour guide is Japanese and he's trying to do his best to speak English even though the tour indicated was Japanese

Pick up and drop off were prompt. The Asahiyama Zoo was great— was able to see the famed Penguin Walk. However, the 2 hr. stay is definitely short for the size of Asahiyama Zoo. For the Blue Pond, it was really magical, though the lake has completely frozen over and it was blisteringly cold, so the 30 min stay is enough. Overall, it was okay with me, but would rather have had an earlier departure time so that you can spend more time at the zoo. Oh, the travel time was very long as well: 11am start, drop off at Zoo was around 1:30pm. Left the zoo at 3:30pm and got to Blue Pond at 4:30pm. Left Blue Pond at 5pm, then got back at around 8:30pm. You may not eat or drink, but advisable to bring snacks to eat during stopovers.

行程安排得很好, 我們在白金青池亮燈2分鐘前抵達。由漆黑一片到燈亮起時確實有點驚喜。

very good guide. although he can not speak english a lot but he make an effort by preparing notes in english. all participant happy with him. i think one of factors because guide is local not foreigner or hal japan that not to serious in handle participants

對不架車的旅客是一個很好的選擇，但景點參觀時間比較短。日文導遊很友善，懂英文會作簡單介紹景點。點燈青池十分美麗，很值得去。

We’re not contacted the day before, no confirmation. We arrived at the hotel, and there’s no one there

I booked the trip for the zoo and the zoo was great. However, there was something with the guide lady. At the meeting point (Hotel ANA Crown Plaza lobby), I approached her & the driver because they were the only group seemed to be the tour guide, showed her the voucher from Klook and asked her if they were the right contact person. I asked her in English. She and the driver denied right away without reading the voucher. I asked her twice, same result. In the end, I tried the hotel front desk, which were very helpful. And the lady came back, huff and puff, asking if the names on the list were us.

當日安排良好，導遊都有提示大家和帶領大家同行到各個景點，再分配自由活動時間。比較可惜的是，冬天北海道日照時間短，白鬚瀑布和白金青池去到時已完全天黑，無法看到天光時白雪的震撼畫面。另外，因為是日本導遊，要加以留心聆聽導遊的講解和指引，特別是上車地點和時間，避免問題發生。整體而言，整個團都是十分滿意，有機會也會再參加！

Asahiyama Zoo erbjuder närkontakt med pingviner, och Biei Shirogane Blue Pond samt Shirahige-vattenfallet är otroligt vackra. Guiden var mycket punktlig med tidsplaneringen 👍👍👍
