Toledo-tur från Madrid med valfria biljetter till monument och måltider

Mycket informativ tur som startade i tid och guidades sakkunnigt av Jorge, som växlade mellan spanska och engelska. Instruktionerna var tydliga och vi hade tillräckligt med tid att njuta av de natursköna platserna samt ta del av de historiska detaljerna medan vi besökte olika religiösa och konstnärliga sevärdheter. Lunchpausen på cirka en och en halv timme var perfekt för att hinna med en avkopplande lunch och shopping! Jag njöt oerhört av min upplevelse och skulle rekommendera detta möte till alla.

Min familj och jag bokade biljetter kvällen innan och lyckades säkra biljetter till nästa dag! Vi träffades på kontoret klockan 08:30 där bussen tog oss till Toledo för vår rundtur. Bussresan var bekväm och ren. Vår guide talade flytande spanska och engelska, växlade mellan båda språken och gav till och med bra rekommendationer. Vi stannade vid kända platser och besökte även en verkstad. Rekommenderas: en heldagsutflykt för att se fler saker, då vi valde en halvdagsutflykt och kände oss lite stressade.

Truly enjoy the trip to Toledo. Amazing beyond words. The only downside was we did not stop to shop souvenirs from each places of interest. Only at the end of the tours we had a lil bit of time but they don’t sell the places of interest souvenirs, only the general souvenirs so that’s a let down. Lunch was nice but can skip this and try other restaurant’s food. Overall transfers and experience was great, would highly recommend.

Toledo is very beautiful and well-preserved. It truly represents 16th century Spain.

A good view of the previous capital. The cathedral is the highlight of the tour. Amazing workmanship. Worth to visit.

The group is joined with 70+ people with combination of different tours. Their itinerary is different but there is no clear indication on who is belonging to which tour. At the beginning, everyone go to the same places in Toledo so that it is still ok. But after a while at around 11am, the team split but and they will join different car to return. Although the guide mentioned in the bus, everyone is still not clear what they should do next. At the end, everyone needs to ask the guide one by one after they dropped off at a point. I suggest VPT can give a colour sticker to each participant. Then the guide can clearly state that if you are "red" what to do, if you are "blue" what to do and so on. In addition, it said there was a city walk in the itinerary but at the end there was none.

My friend & I joined a Toledo half-day trip with VPT Tours and left feeling frustrated and disappointed. From the very start, there was no preparation or clarity. Once we boarded the bus, no one explained what the itinerary would be or even gave a simple briefing on what to expect. When the tour began, it quickly became clear how unprepared it was. The guide only had his own microphone, with no earphones provided. In such a large group, anyone standing further back simply couldn’t hear a word he was saying. There were no flags or markers either, so the group felt loosely strung together, with little effort to make sure everyone could follow along. This isn’t what a guided tour should be. Instead of an organized and informative experience, it felt careless and half-hearted. For the price paid, it came across as a rip-off rather than a proper guided tour. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional experience.

overall experience is great. since we travel with child, booking the tour adds safety and comfort. Tour guide is very accommodating and gives interesting information about the monuments and cathedral we visited
