An absolutely amazing experience with Victorious Cruise! From the luxurious ship and beautiful interiors to the incredible room with a million-dollar view of Ha Long Bay, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff made us feel so well looked after from the moment we boarded. Special thanks to Lisa, William, Chloe, Myra, and our fantastic guide at Surprise Cave for making the trip even more memorable. The food was exceptional—we were honestly wondering if we paid enough! Every full-course lunch, dinner, and brunch felt like fine dining, with lobster, steak, and so many delicious dishes. One of the best experiences of our Vietnam trip. Highly recommend!
Our experience with Victorious Cruise was truly exceptional and one we’ll never forget. It was worth every penny and exceeded all of our expectations. From the elegant fine dining and delicious food to the fun activities and our beautifully designed, luxurious room, every part of the journey was thoughtfully planned. The ship itself was brand new, having been sailing for only two months, so everything was spotless, modern, and impeccably maintained. What made our experience even more special was the outstanding hospitality of the crew. Every staff member was warm, approachable, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. A special thank you to Shynn, our butcher, who took great care of us from the very beginning. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and spoke excellent English, making us feel welcome and well looked after throughout the cruise. It is a memory we will treasure for a lifetime! Highly recommend this cruise! The entire process from booking to disembarkation was incredibly smooth. Their customer service is top-notch; they even perfectly organized a cake and decorations for a birthday celebration. The onboard crew was so welcoming, the food was delicious and high quality, and our cabin was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful trip!
