Mount Batur och Black Lava 4WD Jeep Tour

We really enjoyed the tour and activities, and the customer service was excellent throughout. The only downside was the foggy weather conditions, which meant we were unable to see the sunrise from the mountain. However, this is nature and completely beyond anyone’s control, so we do not blame the company for this at all. The lava tour, hot spring, and coffee plantation experience more than made up for it, and our driver, Tarisa, was absolutely amazing and very accommodating throughout the trip.

Soluppgången på toppen var fantastisk, med bara några få jeepar runt omkring, vilket gjorde det lugnt och speciellt. Vår guide var vänlig, informativ och tog fantastiska bilder åt oss. Det var kallt i bergen, men vi hyrde mysiga fleecetäcken vid mötesplatsen. Svartlavafältet efter soluppgången var extraordinärt – vidsträckt och surrealistiskt. Rekommenderas varmt!

I really enjoyed watching the star-filled sky and the sunrise—it was absolutely beautiful. The driver of the jeep takes amazing photos as well. If you want to capture great pictures and have a memorable experience in Bali, I highly recommend it. It was my first time riding in a jeep, and it was truly an impressive experience!

We had an amazing experience on our Mount Batur and Black Lava tour! Our guide was friendly and patient. He shared interesting insights about the area and local culture. On top of that, he was also our photographer, capturing some of our favorite moments that we’ll treasure forever. We highly recommend this tour and our guide!

It was a great experience! Both of the drivers (Komang Yus and Nyoman Kabiahh) were really helpful and nice, checking if I’m fine during the trip since it does get bumpy on the jeep. Also, especially when it comes to photo taking, can really see that they have put in a lot of effort in terms of what views to take and even teaching me how to pose etc which I appreciate lots cause I’m not a good poser haha (and the pictures turned out great even on an iPhone). In addition, they were accommodating to my requests too :)
