Klook Kina Hunan Zhangjiajie skräddarsydd privat resa (Changsha/Zhangjiajie nationalpark/Chenzhou/Xiangxi Tujia)

Det var en enastående resa. Att gå från det vanliga Japan, Korea, Australien till Kina Hunan. Planen som tillhandahölls och det vi gjorde var extraordinärt, särskilt när vi var 13 personer, 6 vuxna och 7 barn. Resplanen var välplanerad och utspridd på ett underbart sätt.

Perfectly planned Hunan family trip — thanks to Sally & Tracy! Sally handled all pre-trip planning seamlessly — every booking was in order and communication was clear. It gave us real confidence before we even landed. Tracy, our English-speaking guide, was wonderful. She executed the itinerary with precision and a great eye for detail, but her personal touch was what made the trip special. Our daughter grew so comfortable with her she was practically inseparable from Tracy by the end! Tracy also timed our visits brilliantly to avoid the crowds — we had the glass bridge almost entirely to ourselves. That kind of thoughtful planning makes all the difference when travelling with kids. Highly recommended — you're in great hands! We'll definitely be back — as long as Tracy is our guide! 🙂

Booked a last minute tour to multiple location Hunan area. it was surprisingly well organized with short planning. of tour manager Ling Er! When there was an issue she messaged back quickly to help address. Mr Zhou for their flexibility and attentiveness. they sought to share various options due to our large group with teens through elderly group members so we can decide our best itinerary for the day.Very accommodating! overall would book through Klook the customized tour again but look more closely at the itinerary to decrease places to go as some of the places in a day required walking multiple miles (up/down many steps too) so quite strenuous. not for those with any health issues!!!! fair warning especially as we went in July/August, highest sumnmer heat up to 109 F on one day! another tip for westerners are to ask for only western accomodations for bigger rooms/beds/ and other expected western accomodation

We booked two customized tours with Klook. One for Zhangjiajie and one for Guilin/Yangshuo and they were both completely different. Guilin/Yangshuo was amazing however our Zhangjiajie tour was very disappointing. It really depends on the local agency/tour guide you get. Some are more reputable than others but it is a lottery on who you get. Our Zhangjiajie hotels were some of the worst we stayed at and they were supposed to be 4 stars. I wish I had taken photos of the torn duvet cover and black mold on the walls of one of our hotels. For the price we paid it was not worth it. Also we felt very unsafe with our driver as a few times he fell asleep while driving us to Zhangjiajie. If we were to do it again we would book with an agency that has good reviews and reputation. With Klook you just don't know who you will get.
