4D3N Sjö Toba, Sipiso-piso vattenfall och Berastagi från Medan

It was a compact 4D tour . Rizky our tour guide was very good in terms of driving experience, responsible and skillful as roads here are pretty challenging. We covered many areas,even those not listed in the itinerary. very thankful for that. Maybe your agency could provide another option where guests could choose own preferred hotels to suit our needs .

It was really an enjoyable 4d3n tour with itinerary packed with interesting activities. The guide, Mr Agus and Coordinator, Edi was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire trip. the accommodation arranged by the agency was fantastic too! Agus drove us around and brought us to all the interesting places and nice cafes and restaurants. He was also very informative and entertaining. He always make sure we are safe too. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and no regrets signing up for this. Strongly recommended to sign for this tour!

Kind and friendly driver. Attractions are pretty nice and weather is cool and comforting, especially those on Samosir island and Brestagi.

Overall, the tour was good and we had an enjoyable experience. We understand that driving conditions in Medan can be quite challenging, so we were glad to have a safe & reliable driver (Erwin) throughout the trip. itinerary: it may be worth considering spending more time at Samosir Island, as there is generally more to see and experience there compared to Medan city itself. The driver was friendly and helpful, but it would have been even better if he could proactively share more info about the attractions, scenery and local culture instead of waiting for us to ask. accomodation: For the hotels included in the package, it would be good if we could view room photos before the trip and have the option to pay for upgrades if preferred. It would also be good to seek guests' room preferences, such as non-smoking rooms, in advance. Overall, the tour was enjoyable, with some areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience further.
