Victor è stato attento alle esigenze di tutti quanti dall’inizio alla fine del viaggio. ci vogliono tre ore per arrivare con il bus da Hanoi al porto per poi prendere una barca più piccola per circa 1 ora e arrivare alla nave. il personale di bordo è molto gentile e abbiamo mangiato sempre molto bene e in maniera varia. camera pulita con balconcino vista laguna

We absolutely recommend Pandora Cruise ! The activities were well organised. The boat is clean and the rooms spacious with nice view on the sea. The crew is welcoming and helpful. Hung was our friendly guide. He gave clear informations about the cruise and even about history of Hanoï and Ha Long Bay. Hung is attentive and always smiling. The food was tasty with lot of choices. We felt very comfortable in the restaurant. Thank you !

this is one of the best tours I have done in Hanoi. tour guide Tony was amazing! communication prior to the tour was really good. explained the whole itinerary. the cruise itself was so fun. food was fantastic.

We had a great time on La Pandora Cruise! Our tour guide Victor was super helpful and kept in touch with us about meeting times, etc. On the cruise we did kayaking, swimming, cooking class and visited the caves. The rooms and ship was quite luxurious and very great value for money! There was heaps of food served which was all delicious. Overall it was a great experience and great value for money, I would recommend this cruise.

So glad to have Victor as our guide, he made sure the whole journey was worth it from the very start to finish. The pick up time was very early in the morning but Victor’s energy was unmatched. He was enthusiastic, humorous and very intelligent when touring us around historical sights that we passed in the bus. One thing I’d like to commend him is his organisation skills, he made sure everyone in the group understood the timings and itinerary of our experience. Everything was laid out so clearly and his communication skills were excellent. He took really good care of us, any questions we had, even unrelated to the cruise we booked, he was happy to guide us and recommend the best options for us. Although the cruise had a tiny few outdated decorations and facilities that needed to be fixed (e.g the japanese toilet in our cabin bathroom), and that there wasn’t any wifi in our cabin, we still made the most out of it. Food was great, we were well fed and a lot of options for us.

Vi hade en trevlig vistelse ombord på Pandora Cruise Ship. Vår guide Kevin Hung var hjälpsam, rolig och alltid på gott humör. Rummet var mycket trevligt och vi fick till och med ett större för de separata sängarna. Aktiviteterna var roliga och välplanerade. Att lågvattnet avbröt vår grottur var lite tråkigt, men jag antar att det är så det är. Kvällsaktiviteterna kändes lite oorganiserade utan någon som startade det hela tillsammans. Maten var god, med ett stort urval, bara drycker ingick inte. Sammantaget skulle vi definitivt rekommendera, särskilt vår reseguide :) Priset var mycket rimligt, cirka 74 € per person.

It was a really great experience. Totally worth the money spent. KEVIN HUNG, THE CAPTAINS, THE WHOLE SET CREWS are really great and experienced. Came here for my birthday, and leaving with a wholesome memories. The foods: IT WAS A LOT. We kept on getting more and more foods. Fullest Ive ever been when I was Vietnam. The rooms, it was lovely. Classical beauty of a cruise. Perfect for solo, duo or even whole family 💗

for usd 100+- you get a 2 days 1 night trip included return transport from Hanoi to Halong. 3 hours bus to harbour, 40 minutes boat trip to the cruise. Room nice and clean, just without water heater. Buffet lunch was served with prawn, beef, oyster, squid & so on. 5 course western style dinner. breakfast and brunch also served in buffet style.

Vår guide var Hung. Han var fantastisk, talade perfekt engelska och gav bra råd. Alltid på gott humör. Vi fick paddla kanot, bada och delta i en matlagningskurs där vi gjorde vårrullar. Landskapet är verkligen fantastiskt. Ni kommer aldrig att se något liknande någon annanstans. Jag rekommenderar varmt denna 2-dagarskryssning.
