A big shoutout to our great tour guide Jack Lin! He is a knowledgeable tour guide with lots of experience. He has given us a lot of information about Hualian and brought us to various scenic areas!

Tour guide, Jack Lin, was wonderful! Passionate in sharing the history of the different locations. The starbucks listed in the itinerary is temporarily closed so he brought us to another one! Wonderful day with him!

What an AMAZING day this was! This tour exceeded all my expectations, and that’s largely thanks to Sam, our incredible tour guide. Sam is like a walking encyclopedia – he knew everything about the area, its history, culture, and so much more. But what truly made it special was how he took the time to involve everyone in the group. He asked us what we wanted, what we needed, and tailored the experience perfectly to match our preferences. It didn’t feel like we were just another group of tourists; it felt like we were on an adventure with a friend. His enthusiasm was absolutely contagious, and now I can’t wait to book another tour!
