Amazing!

Clean room, accommodating staff

This hotel is very well located across the Kyoto Station. I communicated with the hotel about arriving early in the morning and leaving my bags there before returning to officially check in after 3 pm. Upon arrival, the feeling was pretty unwelcoming. Out of the 2 front-desk receptionists, the older male looked highly unwelcoming upfront. After learning about my early arrival and need to leave my bags there for a few hours, he refused to take them as promised before. After I explained to both receptionists about what I communicated in advance, the lady receptionist helped me and took my bags with a much more pleasant look. Thus, good luck. It depends on which staff you'll get to help you. Other than that, the room is okay and clean, though small. It's kind of expected at such prime location.

The staff are great. Very friendly.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. Having a laundry facility was the best part of staying at this hotel. It allowed me to pack light.

Clean room, friendly staff, air conditioning worked great for the hot summer. Very convenient location to trains and buses.

This is a very convenient hotel located in front of Kyoto Station. If this is "I just need a convenient place to sleep", this is a good hotel. The bed was quite comfortable and I rested incredibly well. I really appreciated a room upgrade upon arrival.

great location， nice size room， good lounge sitting areas

The room was a good size compared to other hotels we stayed at. Towels were new everyday. There is also a izakaya/restaurant and coffee shop on the first floor.

good location， good size
