The room was very spacious and clean as advertised, was very close to the main tourist areas including a very short walk to the Duomo. Great hotel!

The apartment was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. A delicious continental breakfast provided across the street. Location was perfect for all attractions. The area felt safe. Plenty of restaurant choices and markets. Great communication from staff.

Awesome staff and location. It was a little noisy at night but not too bad especially considering it’s great location. Pillows were thin for us and the sheets were rough. Other than that it’s a 5 for me.

Excellent service by staff and local recommendations. They were very quick to help us and very welcoming. Our suite was comfortable, well stocked and had every amenity we needed. I’d absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying in Florence and will be returning to stay there on our next visit!
