Breakfast and afternoon tea both exceptional. Our room was comfortable and roomy. Location is fantastic for exploring Victoria's highlights. Highly recommend!

An absolute delight to stay here, especially in the tea house proper. The room had so much personality, and right from the start, the staff made it clear that they would help us with anything we needed. Afternoon tea was flawless, and the breakfast was top-notch. We wish we’d stayed longer than one night!

We stayed in the Pendray room #5. Nice large room with a great balcony. Breakfast was a great experience each morning and the staff was top notch. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Clean, spaceous , nicely decorated antique rooms. Great location to all inner harbour restaurants, museum, attractions. Good view of the harbour from the room's private balcony. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with many choices. Tea menu alone was extraordinary . All staff were very polite and very helpful. Great place to stay.

Check in process was a bit annoying with having to line up at the other building and waited for the longest time even if I thought I did online checkin prior. The Pendray building staff leaves early or are never around. The garden room wasn’t exactly facing the flower garden but the community veggie garden so that threw me off a bit plus the construction noise. The breakfast was very nice. Everything else felt very self serve not really hotel feel.
