This place was clean for the most part but unfortunately I was bitten by bedbugs. The need to fumigate or change the beds is a must. No breaks was offered

The front desk staff were so helpful in recommending places to suit our interests. We changed the duration of our stay and they accommodated us and even helped us move to the new rooms. The entire staff helped us in everything. They were very warm and friendly. They went over and beyond the call of duty in flagging down a taxi to handle 3 big bags. They stayed with us until we found a cab after 2 cabs turned us down. This was a level of support we never experience in a large hotel. My u We would stay there again gladly.

This was a super convenient location from the Roma Termini train station. Lovely sized rooms and a big bathroom with a rainfall shower. Excellent breakfast option and shared eating/coffee space. Really friendly staff. I would highly recommend staying and would go back.

The rooms were super clean, spacious and quiet. You can order the breakfast the nighr before and is brought to your room. The staff was super friendly and responsive during work hours 10am-7pm. We were able to leave our bags after check out for a couple of hours and use the restroom as well. The only thing I’d suggest for the propety (not the hotel) overall is to do better maintenance to the elevator as had too much dust which continously gave us allergies. The location is convenient and you can easily catch a bus, metro or walk to major places.

Ideal location for access to the Vatican and Trevi fountain. Roma Termini is an easy to get to. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel located in a really nice location of central Rome. Walking distance to the Trevi fountain, colloseum etc. Also very close to many top rated restaurants.
