The room was very clean and functional for a family of 4. The staff was friendly and helpful. The spacious bathroom was very useful after a long day of walking. Our room had own washer/dryer definitely added the value of the stay.

Fantastické
The location of the hotel was convenient near everything. We had to do a load of laundry as we were caught in a thunderstorm; followed by hail and rain ultimately, we were drenched. The laundry was super useful and helpful. Consequently, in having to do laundry after the rain we found the hangers were a bit dusty. Otherwise, the room was clean and neat. The kitchen is useful and effective for a small family - keeping snacks for the kid and drinks for the family. The staff are super friendly and kind. I would return to this location. I booked another location of the same chain...Will update to let add to my review.

Fantastické
The hotel staff were consistently warm, polite, and eager to help. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the team was always ready with quick directions or recommendations whenever we needed assistance. Ultimately, this hotel offers the ultimate combination of spotlessly clean accommodations, incredible transit access, and home-like conveniences like in-room laundry. It transformed our Tokyo trip from great to unforgettable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone planning a visit to Japan!
