Charming inn near all the historic sites. Staff was exceptionally kind. The beverages, snacks, full breakfast, and free parking were definite perks!

What a great stay! So close to everything just walk with free parking for your car. Excellent breakfast and snacks plus everyone is just so kind and accommodating they just make you feel special! I would definately recommend.

Such a great place to stay. Charming old house right in the heart of the old town. Easy to walk to everything. Great breakfast prepared daily. Free parking included. Everything you’d want on vacation.

From with the very kind and helpful staff, beautiful furnishings, comfortable bedding, delicious breakfast on fine china, two large outdoor covered porches with rocking chairs, plus free parking, our anniversary weekend was a delightful experience. The best part is it is just steps away from the historic downtown fun. We hope to return again soon.

The place is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and hospitable. They provided free beverages and snacks and served a wonderful breakfast. Location is great, just minutes walk to St. George Street.

We loved the 2nd floor veranda, as there was always a nice breeze even though the temperature was very hot. The noise level from the street is a lot to get used to but the home was beautifully appointed and very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable. The location worked well for St. Augustine as most things were only a short walk to get to.
