10/10 hotel! The staff were so accommodating and helping us get checked in and holding onto our bags so we could go explore before check in time and even after we checked out. The whole hotel smells clean and looks newly renovated. Our room was a corner king room and it had the most amazing view of nyc and trinity church. Also it was so convenient having the subway stop right across the street. I would absolutely stay there every single time I come back to to city!

Staff was fantastic. Arielle and Hersey were helpful at the front desk, when I called prior to my visit, and holding my bag in a secure area. Very friendly, caring, and helpful! Also, the bartender that worked yesterday (Monday morning, 6/15) was so pleasant filling up my water bottle - she brightened my morning!

The room was beautiful-- incredible views from the floor to ceiling windows. What made the stay special was how kind the staff were and how ready they were to help in any situation. The location was close to multiple subway stations which made moving around the city easy. Definitely recommend!
