Location good, staff great and helpful. Breakfast good. However shower waste was not clearing for a moderate flow. You needed to get wet, turn off, lather up, turn off, rinse finish otherwise the shower base may overflow. Also exhaust fan not operating. Reported this day 1 and day 3 of a 4 day stay. No action. Only have double beds although advertised as queen room. Maybe my fault for not reading the fine print but would never book a double bed intentionally.
Park opposite in the church pay car park. So close and probably cheaper than elsewhere.

The property was clean and quiet and the breakfast was good. Parking was ok, but it was not so easy to find a place to eat within walking distance.

The staff were very helpful and very nice to chat with during our stay. There is laundry on site for 5 GBP per load, payable in cash at the front desk. A communal balcony provided some extra space to sit outside, as the rooms were limited in space. It was our own research that lead to this mistake, but the bed is a North American Double at best and was quite tight for two people, again nothing against the hotel but our own booking error. Noise transferred easily between rooms, especially overnight when the city was generally quiet. Breakfast was provided on each floor which was a nice perk, although only one floor had earlier breakfast so it became quite crowded early in the morning. Great location with a convenience store right next door for essentials.

Great location, helpful staff. Nice option if continental breakfast available. Coffee and tea in rooms. Only downside was it was super hot in the room!

Nice room but V small bed. Noisy on a Saturday night as walls thin. Nice staff and decent spread for basic breakfast.

For a cheap room in Belfast, this is one to consider. Good location, fairly new refurbishment.
A shared kitchen, hostel style, is offered for breakfast which is different but nice and there is plenty available.
The only downside was a bed that a bit too small for two people, but not impossible.
Staff were lovely and actively offer the facility to store luggage for the day on day of check out.

This hotel is in an excellent location near promenades, churches , restaurants etc. The room was clean. I love that they give you extra pillows They give you access to their in-house laundry facilities for 5 euro. It always helps the stay to have an informed and an attentive staff.

All round good hotel. Breakfast was good, but needs something ‘wet’ like tomatoes or beans to go with the (good) food
