Loved the location of the property.

Awesome price but very very strict, checking in a few mins before the official time, no, a bit over checkout they charge you. But tha said, price is so good that that makes sense.

离京都站不太远，可以寄存行李，提供早晚餐，服务也很好👍

Pros: Rooms were clean, daily breakfast and dinner is good, lawson’s is right beside the hotel, many restaurants nearby, staff were very sweet and helpful, Kyoto Station isn’t too far, public bath, and it’s a quieter neighborhood. Cons: Check out is 10am but Check in is at 4pm, hotel is older with many rooms but the map isn’t clean so it’s hard finding your room at first, coin laundry machines but they were pretty dirty with dirt stuck on the sides like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, the dryer didn’t even dry my clothes(2 pants) so it felt like a waste of money, not many amenities. Some things to keep in mind: In case you want to do early check in, they charge more before 1pm and after 1pm they charge 30% of current room prices, same with late check out. You have to book dinner beforehand.

Breakfast was boring. The bathroom smells.

Bed was too hard for me. Asked for extra futon but was not available. Asked for a blanket and slept on top of the futon. Still too hard I felt like I was beaten up after two nights
