Nicest hotel we've stayed at in a long time! We don't usually spend a ton on hotels - we are Microtel - Hampton Inn types. This Home2Suites in West Ashley (Charleston) was phenomenal. Everything was super clean and they had ALL the amenities you could wish for - pool, exercise room, amazing breakfast, all-day coffee. Did I mention CLEAN? My teenagers loved this place so much. Also, the extra pull-out sofa was great for my 3rd kid, and she said it was comfortable. It even had a curtain so she had her own little "room." This hotel was only a ten-minute drive to downtown Charleston; I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone traveling to visit Charleston.

Excellent customer service from checking in and help with more towels, etc. The rooms are Immaculate! Fresh and clean. The room setup was very user friendly. The breakfast was very good. Fresh and alot of options. Seamless visit! A++++

Great stay overall. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet, and the location was convenient for visiting Charleston and nearby attractions. Breakfast was good, and the kitchenette was a nice bonus. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and fresh and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pet area was convenient and well maintained. The pool area was nice and well maintained. We used the pool numerous times. The lobby area set up with tables was convenient for our family members to meet and visit. We would definitely stay there again in the future and would recommend to others.
